Flashlight Location in Atomfall

Atomfall, like many RPGs, has quite a few dark areas that you'll end up exploring. If you followed the instructions to first set up the game when you launch it, then those dark areas will be tough to explore with the help of a flashlight, or torch, as it's called in-game. Luckily, you can pick up a torch fairly early on in the game if you know where to go.

When it comes to the flashlight, you have a few options for picking one up. One is more certain than the other, but requires you to have items to trade for. Then, the other option is more based on luck.

Where to Get a Flashlight

If you want to be mostly certain about getting a flashlight, then you want to head to Molly the trader. She's found in the northern part of the Slatten Dale map, and if you talk to the man directly outside the bunker you start the game inside, he'll tell you about Molly. This puts a point of interest on your map, leading you right to her.

    For the love of god, is there really no flashlight?
    I own the Windows Store (game pass) of this game, when exploring abandoned caves and bases it gets really hard to see stuff, I've searched the internet and it looks like there's no flashlight in the game, did they really not think of this?

    Why Did They Not Add A Flashlight To The Game ???
    Some parts of this game are beyond dark and a flashlight is just a common thing to have in a really really dark game, adds to realism and atmosphere, what a total dumb oversight not putting one in, for a good half an hour i just spent stumbling around in the dark and could not see jack.
