About

My Little World Daycare is a home-based daycare in Washington, DC. Our family child care program is run by Maria Dolores Naranjo. Our hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We care for children as young as 8 weeks through 5 years old. We have been at this facility for 10 years. But, our staff has decades of experience in the field among them. It is a Spanish immersion program. However, all of our staff is bilingual. Therefore, even if we only speak to the children in Spanish, we communicate to the parents in English. It is a home based daycare with capacity for 9 children. Our activities, way of teaching and the implementation of techniques is as if we were a big center while keeping that warm home feeling to the facility. Our lead teacher has a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Psychology. We pride ourselves on our ratio, which is 1-3 (one teacher per every three students) which means a more personal and intimate relationship between the teacher, the child and the parents. We are fully licensed and insured. We comply with all the requirements by OSSE and have the needed certificates and licenses for operation. All of our staff has the required education, train
