Inflicting Fonadu with enough damage will cause it to retaliate with its Death from Above ability. To initiate that ability easily, equip a Wind Materia and cast Aero spells after dealing enough harm against the Fonadu.
This will make the Fonadu use its Death from Above ability which you need to dodge in time in order to pressure it. Dodging the attack can be tricky, so it can be useful to prepare an Ability which will automatically evade an attack such as Yuffie's Brumal Form.
How to Get the Wind Materia
If you are trying to pressure the enemy and your level is way too high, there is a chance that you'll defeat the adversary even before pressuring them. To solve this, switch to Dynamic difficulty as the enemies' level will scale with you,

Fixed an issue where capture points in OPR would not update immediately on the map when captured.
