Recommendation picking server for alliance

anon213821971

Hello.

I am looking for a server where I can level an alliance character, one that is alive and not empty.

I’ve seen that Outland and Silvermoon are full of people and alive. I wanted to see the total amount of objects in their auction houses, but the addons that allowed that don’t work in the current patch.

The problem is that I like wpvp, and I’ve read that PvP mode(I don’t know if Silvermoon would put me in the same shard than a PvP realm) is totally unbalanced, and alliance players have a lot of problems because they are camped so often.

I don’t know if this is real, but I’ve seen that if you are in a RP server, you are grouped with RP players, and it seems that they are more balanced. I’ve seen that Argent Dawn is a good server for alli players, full of life too. And the possibility of living a more inmersive experience is appealing too.

What would you recommend me?

You can use wowprogress to check their population, and TheUndermineJournal to see what prices are for everything on every realm.

Best populated realms for Alliance

What would you recommend? I’m considering leveling few alts on popular service with possibility of finding a guild for M+ runs.

This gives you a pretty good indication of realm populations.

However do remember in TWW realms will become irrelevant and we’ll be able to join guilds anywhere.

I used this when I created my horde characters, looked good on paper, but it came out as most of population are Hungarians on my realm…

When it comes to WoW Classic servers, picking the right one to play on is important. Your choice on where to start will restrict you to a particular group of players, since cross-realm play, including cross-realm zoning and looking for group options, are not part of Classic gameplay.

Demand for servers was large enough at launch that Blizzard has added a boatload of new ones, and increased the capacity on existing ones, in both North America and European Union regions. You may create up to ten characters on a realm. Log into World of Warcraft Classic now by using the drop-down above the Play button in your Battle.net client to select Classic, instead of the current game.

But before you create that character, you must first decide what realm to put them on. There are several types of realm to choose from, ranging from PvP and PvE to roleplaying WoW Classic servers where you have to remain in character at all times. Here's the list of servers, what you should consider and which you should avoid when choosing a vanilla WoW server in 2020.

POPULATION size

The WoW Classic server list, on login, will display the current population of created characters on that realm.

Pyrewood Village has the largest Alliance population of the 3, but Mirage Raceway is just decent as well. Nethergarde Keep is kinda small, but still playable.
Both Earthshaker and Firemaw are monofaction PvP servers, and thus almost PvE in practice, but you do get occasional Horde Rogue killing helpless victims in the open world because nobody expects them there.
I’d just go Pyrewood in your place and not bother with failed PvP realms.

I'm thinking of relocating to a west coast server (currently on an east coast server). Makes sense, I'm on the west coast myself. I didn't know when I created my first characters where the various servers were located. I think raiding times might work out better with my schedule.

I'm interested in PVE servers and ones where the Alliance is not completely hopeless in battlegrounds -- is that wishful thinking? On my current server we're quite pathetic.

Also I'll probably be looking for a Kara level guild. I have a level 70 resto druid in blues and a level 70 rogue (mostly purples).

Any suggestions?

Oh, here's a list of West Coast PVE servers if that is helpful.
